Aspect Finance was formed in August 2004 with a goal to offer the highest quality of service in the market to a select group of clients and candidates. We represent some of the most inspirational clients within the London Commerce and Industry markets and introduce career driven professionals to them. Our aim is to provide our service to a small select group of companies and individuals as opposed to being a mass-market recruiter.



We are passionate about delivering results to both our clients and candidates and employ innovative solutions in challenging market conditions. We believe the experience and knowledge of our consultants enable us to offer a genuinely consultative approach to all that we do. Today's market place is a challenging one; from summer 2004 onward the recruitment market has changed dramatically. Increased economic confidence has led to a marked increase in the number of roles being recruited and hence the number of quality candidates available. Many clients are finding it hard to attract the quality candidates they are searching for. Aspect offers a genuinely different proposition as we pro-actively headhunt for the right candidate.
